"Online order was to be ready at 5:30 PM. Was at the restaurant prior to time but did not receive the order until 6:02. We ordered 6 cookies but recieved 3. Wouldn't let us grab one of our drinks. Two men had arrived after us and the two ladies made their sandwiches and completed their orders before ours. VERY. EXTEMELY. Disappointed. Won't be spending another $51 at this restaurant."

"I placed an online order and the girl there didn't have it ready right away BUT the poor girl was there by herself. She put my order together perfectly in under 5 minutes and was so polite. She even gave me an extra cookie. Give this girlie a raise, she definitely deserves it."
