About the Business
Angelo's Pizzeria & Ice Cream is a beloved family Italian restaurant located at 8162 Euclid Chardon Road in Kirtland, Ohio. Established in 2002 by brothers Dennis and Fred DiSanto, Angelo's offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can dine in, take out, or enjoy delivery. In June 2008, a second location was opened in Aurora, Ohio, but now the Kirtland location is run by Dennis' son Nick and his wife Marissa.
At Angelo's, you can enjoy a variety of delicious dishes including fresh salads, pizza, calzones, pasta, sandwiches, and of course, their famous ice cream. With over thirteen different hard serve flavors available year-round, as well as cannolis and fried dough, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Plus, beer, wine, and liquor are also available to complement your meal.
The restaurant features a full dining room with alcohol options, an outdoor patio, and picnic tables for a comfortable dining experience. Take out and delivery services are available to Kirtland, parts of Chesterland, and Willoughby Hills. During the warmer months, don't miss out on their soft serve ice cream.

"Hmmm...I wanted to give more stars. I'm kind of bummed because they use canned mushrooms and not fresh mushrooms. I also expected my sausage to be like meatballs due to this being an Italian pizzeria...hmm. I really do not like canned mushrooms! When I think of Italian pizza I think of pizza with meatballs and basil and tomatoes. None of theses are choices for topping. Let's do better Angelo's. The best part was the crushed red peppers."
"Friendly prompt service, GREAT pizza and traditional Italian salad. Also got a side of cavetelli. Liked the house made dressing so much I bought a bottle to take home for $5. If you bring the bottle back your dressing is only $4 next time. Also, great sundaes and ice cream in the summer!"
"Amazing pizza/Italian restaurant. Looks like a mom & pop place from the outside, inside dining area is higher scale. Waitress the night of Sept 29th, was nice, knowledgeable about the menu. Being out of town visiting the Arboretum, this was quick food with family atmosphere. Had a large calzone with a small white pizza. Split between 2 is more than enough. Sauce was sweet, and not tangy...was delicious. Then attached to the restaurant is an icecream parlor. Great combo."
"The server we had..I apologize for not recalling her name but we were to only people in there at 1pm on Sunday the 6th of March 2022..was incredible. We gave her good natured grief and she played along perfectly. In truth she is what bumped this review up to the 5 star level. We had a small pizza which had a great thin crunchy crust, a massive chef salad, eggplant parm with an equally large side salad, chicken parm the same. We loved the sauce and the large garlicy garlic bread. I mention that because you often taste very little to no garlic. The pasta was just average as was the eggplant. Look at the thumb for reference on the size of the salads. Those are average adult thumbs not those of a child."
