"Marcos is always good but this pizza bowl thing is by far the biggest rip off I’ve ever received from literally anywhere. Everything was hot, fresh and tasted great but this tiny layer of food was insane- why even serve it in such a deep dish if you’re going to fill it with the smallest layer? Not worth the money even a little bit and extremely disappointing! The pictures don’t even do it justice to show how little they give you unfortunately."
"Celebrating a birthday with a house full of guests placed order by phone. Went over order twice. Friendly guy on the phone taking the order however they still found a way to mess things up. Basically supervisor refused to fix problems because they were way too busy and the issues I had were too small for them to come back out. Love how they determine what is important to me. Yet they had no problems at all taking my money. Picture below 1 of our 4 Hot Honey Magnifico Pizzas. Burnt, dry pizza with no honey topping to be found."
"I tried to place an order through the app but it was very glitchy, especially finding my address. I had similar problems on the website but managed to place my order ahead of time. When the delivery time came, the order was not delivered even close to the time I selected. Then we got notification that the food was delivered but it was nowhere. When we contacted the store we were told the driver clicked the delivered button by accident but the pizza was definitely coming. One hour later our pizza was finally delivered after we had to keep checking all the doors all night. Horrified I had to pay for that after that long wait (I had just worked a long 10 hour shift)."
