"Ordered snack packs over the phone and still had to wait. Asked for no sauce on one item and sauce was put on everything. Then the food was not even hot, almost like it was sitting there from opening time. Don’t see myself eating food from KIMS wings ever again"

"For the price its hard to beat. The polish boy was very good, the ribs were a bit overcooked, and wings were decent but for all 3 the sauce was fantastic. All these complaints by people showing up just before closing time should be disregarded. I went during regular business hours and the service was fast and friendly."

"Terrible service !!!! I can hear the staff cursing from the kitchen. The staff was rude, and attitudes were terrible, customer service is horrible, and the small lobby is filthy. I have been buying food from this company since they were selling food off the ice cream truck! Management is needed badly here. The place would not be open without the customers. I will not patronize this business again!"

"The Chardon rd location needs to shut down permanently. The staff is very rude and they never seem to have what u want. They close at 7pm because lack of staff. Sometimes they will close earlier than that. I was just there at 630pm They watched me and two other people come in we was in line for like 5 min then decided to say oh our machine is down. So u let us stand there for nothing. Don't get me wrong the 222nd location has good food and service. The Chardon rd location needs to close down or get better staff"

"Oh. My. Goodness. Their original BBQ sauce is fantastic! The wings and ribs were cooked to perfection. Can't recommend this place enough. Only issue I had was the person that took my order over the phone had their music up too loud to hear me so they didn't include the fries I mentioned ohhhhhhhhh 4 times? Kind of annoyed but I wouldn't have been able to finish all the food anyway"
