"First use to be a Big Advocate of this establishment! However, the past few times has gotten continually worse. First, the sweet lady at the counter just continued to eat her lunch while I waited for her to finish.. to the food chicken wings are horrible, not seasoned or properly prepared. Tempura batter ??? Shrimp fried rice was old & cold !unseasoned & nasty . I paid $2 extra for shrimp, I had 8 shrimp total. Stale fortune cookies! There are better places there’s a reason why the parking lot is empty. After a 18 years of support .. I am doubt if I ever would get food from there again"
"I've lived in the area my whole life and just now decided to try New Wongs. Amazing!!! And I'm picky, lol. Great food and service. The older lady that works the window is super friendly! I highly recommend eating here. The Singapore Mei Fun is my new favorite! Hoping the dining room opens back up soon."
"I used to order from China Mountain on vine st., but not much these days. I tried New Wongs last night for the first time. I was so happy to have a great meal! The food was fresh and hot. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp with fried rice and egg rolls, excellent food! Portions are big. Great experience and I will be back."
"Most people probably just order to take away. However, if they would only go in and see the more extensive menu that they have and sample some of those more elaborate items they would realize the quality of the food on offer. It is by far the highest quality Chinese food in northeast Ohio. The ambience could be improved in the restaurant but the food more than makes up for what you may be missing in that category. I can't help myself from ordering more food than one can possibly consume in several meals. I just love to taste the various dishes and I certainly don't mind the leftovers the next day (or more accurately a midnight snack)."
