Subway

"Okay so let me explain... I been eating subway for many many years. I always order a spicey Italian sub and ask for just the bread and cheese toasted so my pepperoni isn't greasy. Well today for the first time EVER with my experience with subway was I told by the man making my sandwich that its either everything toasted or nothing at all. I thought subway is all about "your way"??? I honestly feel the man working isn't fit to deal with customer service. What a joke. They will never have my business again. ** btw*** the white chubby man with cornrows making the sandwich didn't look healthy or fit to making a sandwich with his dirty appearance. He should be fired. Probably the rudest person and if I was the owner of this subway he would be gone."

"I just left here.. went for a veggie wrap. I get it about once a week sometimes more than that. I asked for them to put cheese on it and toast it just like I always get it. They refused and were very combative very rude. He did it in front of a whole entire group of customers behind me, I asked him why would you treat your customer like this and embarrass me and he couldn’t care less zero professionalism"

"I'm leaving a one star not because of the food subway is always good. This is solely because of the service. I went in on 11/29/23 at 8:20pm, they close at 9pm. I walked in the door and said hey how's your evening going. The gentleman behind the counter replied I would be a lot better if you people stopped coming in. Basically it went down hill from there. What do want, and what else do you want was all he said except when I asked if they had cookies he said NO I just thru them in the trash. I've never had this horrible of service at any subway anywhere in the United States ever. Absolutely the worst!"

"Just tried to stop and grab some food, walked in and waited for five mins until we finally had to say "Hello?" to get someone to come out. She told us "You can wait" and proceeded to walk around and not help us, and was on her phone. Won't be back, and you might wanna fix your employees attitude. It's gross."

"I’ve been a kitchen worker/line cook/kitchen manager for 9.5 years and this is one of the worst food places I’ve ever went to. This was the second time I went there. Service is terrible. It was no busy and the guy had messy long hair and didn’t listen to my and toasted my sub. Clearly expired veggies in sight. Green peppers pickles cucumbers and bananas peppers were all discolored. I can tell the cucumber were frozen because they were transparent. The lady that rung me out had an attitude and was negative when she asked why there were two subs but I was only paying for one. Because the guy toasted it when I clearly told him no. This place needs a regional manager to inspect the quality of the products in the line. These people need to learn to toss the bad veggies. And be more presentable to the customers 0 stars. I’m throwing this sub away and should not have paid for it. Thanks for ruining my lunch break"
