"I hate that you can’t “Upgrade” your Milkshake. You can only get certain Milkshakes with your combo.It’s expensive to be forced to buy a combo and take the automatic Soft drink THEN pay $9 for the milkshake you really wanted. I hope they improve on that. The cheese sauce taste like orange gravy. The burger patties are well seasoned though."

"I tried crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings, sandwich was very crunchy and the sauces on top tasted amazing. I tried Key lime pie milkshake here, it became one of my favorites. The staff was so friendly and the interior atmosphere was pleasant. I'll be here again with my friends."

"Worst burgers in Ohio. This is my second time getting Wayback Burgers and god what a waste of money. The first time I ordered I got the Philly Cheesesteak, and let me just say the sand in the Sahara is less dry than the meat. There is no flavor, no sauce, and don’t even get me started on the bread. The second time I ordered I got a burger, I figured I’ll give them another chance at what they are “supposed” to be good at. The burger was 10 times worse than the Philly. I didn’t even get the toppings I requested. Just like the Philly, the burger was dry and flavorless. The only good thing here is the shakes. Not to mention I literally had to add cheese to my bacon cheese fries because it seemed like someone took a syringe and lightly put a speck of cheese on. For a place that literally has burgers in their name, it’s ridiculous that the worst item there is the BURGERS. Never ordering from here again."

"The food is amazing. I love their burgers and Cajun tots. The only issue is they won’t give you two sauces for a full servings (so basically two orders) of tots and they close the grill usually two hours before closing time. On multiple occasions we have come around 7-8 PM to be told we can’t order even know their website shows their open until 9 PM."

"Went on 12/17/22 about 5 pm. First off let me say the food is nothing special. My bacon cheese fries barley had bacon or cheese. Burger was pretty bland and the Chipotle mayo was basically just mayo. Price for the two Burgers and Fries was compared to Wendy's price but at least at Wendy's you get a drink with it and I do think Wendy's tastes a little bit better. Not sure I'll go back"
