"Awful every time. Over priced. Order is almost always wrong. Cold food. It's insane that they charge 9.50 for an 8piece nugget meal that looks like a kids meal. 13.69 for a 5 piece nugget meal. All cold. It's like they pre make tons of food."
"When we go there we always spend a bunch but they always forget something. Once thye put a note in the bag apologizing for not having something Instead of just calling and asking if we'd like it replaced. This time we order two buckets that came with large sides and tenders with it and when the order got here it was literally just two buckets of assorted chicken missing all the sides that were to come with it and the tenders also. Missing entire sandwiches. Missing over half a meal. Will not be returning."
"I went through drive though to get food for my family first red flag was the fact I had to wait 25 minutes for white chicken. Then when I went to paid I was asked for my id cause I was making a purchase over $20 with a card. I thought nothing of the fact I was using a different family members card since we share a last name. Yet I was still told I couldn't pay with the card. Don't worry though this rule this location made up, no other location has this rule so avoid this location and youll avoid wasting time."
"Went on 12/21 @ 1pm, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a famous bowl. The chicken was old...really old. Both on the bowl and in the sandwich. Had a messed up stomach for a day after. Its a shame the staff was really friendly but I would never go back EVER. Nasty old dried up chicken. And I miss the Jo-Jo fries they used to have. The new fries are bland."
"6/10/22-Dining room is closed due to staffing shortage. Drive thru is open. We got a #3 meal, which is 3 pc fried chicken, fries, cookie, biscuit, large drink for only $8.99. It was a great value and the food was hot and tasted good. Went back on 6/14/22 and got a 2 PC meal and a bucket of chicken with some sides. Everything was great and the service is incredibly fast. The staff is super polite. GREAT JOB!"
