"Never going back to this place. Staff were very rude and stingy with their sides, even though they’re supposed to honor what you ask for. I used to work at five guys. It takes like 5 seconds to make a side and business was slow so it wasn’t a big ask. There are hundreds of other fast food places around me. I’ll take my business elsewhere"

"A typical FIVE GUYS, but that's what I like about this place. Great burgers made when you order, less than 5 minutes from my house. I tell them to leave my patties on the grill for a minute longer and they actually do it. Delicious with good customer service. Well done."

"Our parents got off the plane tired and hungry. The Five Guys staff was trying to close down but they stopped and cut fresh tomatoes and made a new batch of shake mix to feed us. It was delicious. Thank you."
