"100% don’t recommend. Management sucks and don’t do their jobs. They try to get others to do their job for them. The whole place needs to be shut down. I can’t believe they have been open this long. I have seen mold on the pillows and there is mold in half of the hospital. They serve old food and drinks. Some people treat the patients bad and don’t want to listen to them. They break a lot of rules and regulations and laws. They also diagnose patients with things they don’t have just to have more patients there and to get money. The company doesn’t want to pay bills either. Don’t recommend being a patient there or working there. You might get harassed there too like I have seen happen. They will make workers and patients mental health worse. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"This place absolutely sucks! They give out rotten and bad food and drinks mostly expired boost. There’s mold on some walls. House cleaning absolutely sucks. Beds don’t get made properly rooms don’t get cleaned like they should. They lose patients going down to the cafeteria almost every week. It’s crazy, they should most definitely get better management or something. Then I hear most of the nurses getting yelled at or drama going around by management I presume, people Shoving other people, nurses having attitudes with each other and management treating people with disrespect it’s pathetic what kind of business y’all are running here I'd rather stay in a mental hospital down in cincinnati somewhere instead of here it’s literally hell."

"I love working in a facility that truly cares for their patients as well as their co-workers! If you are looking for a place to work that is like family, look no further. Life here is not always easy, but it is done with heart! Caring for our Patients is the main focus. We work hard to maintain a safe, structured patient centered environment for our patients to heal. The staff on our unit are awesome! Best staff you will find from top to bottom!"

"Recently spent a week here and I was not disappointed. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the other inpatients were all welcoming and the food was absolutely terrific. Not necessarily a place to go if you are looking for large amounts of therapy sessions, but overall I have to say that I have felt substantially better upon release and would recommend this place to anyone going through a lot whether it be depression or addiction."

"The first time I was there they were decent, I have a service dog and I was able to bring my service dog because I also have seizures. I was just approved to be admitted and they said they needed an update shot record of my service dogs I explained to them I give the shots myself because it is cheaper than spending $170 at a veterinarian. I had talked to Kelly the director of admissions and I talked to Mr McLaughlin who runs Georgetown behavioral health and Mr McLaughlin is a liar and cannot be trusted and that goes for the whole operation at Georgetown behavioral health. This place is not a place that will help you they are there to collect money off of other people's misery you're nothing but a number in a dollar sign if you are approved. They truly don't care if you live or die they worried about how much money they're going to get by having you in their facility."
