"I was a little apprehensive ordering with a robot, because my order had some special requests (no ketchup etc.) But it actually was more efficient maybe? No actual staff member spoke to me. Just handed food through window and it was completely correct, fresh and well made. I am impressed. This was a better experience than in the past."
"Placed a DoorDash order and after the dasher arrived they made them wait 30mins to tell them the order wasn’t even made yet and it would take time to make it. I ordered 2 sandwiches, a half pound chicken bites meal, and a hot dog. There’s no way it takes over an hour to make that order. This place must employ the most unskilled unmotivated and incompetent people in the local area."
"Horrible experience. Found out they use a siri automated voice to take orders through the drive-through, which i was not about to argue with for 10 minutes to get my order right. I asked for a person to talk to, and someone came on the microphone and took my order. I ordered a double swiss burger with exta A1 and a chicken box. The Swiss burger bun was covered in A1, and there just wasn't any swiss cheese on it. It's literally called the SWISS BURGER. The chicken box was also only half closed, so roughly 50% of it fell out when i gave it to my girlfriend. This is the second time I've ever left a review on google, the first being about 5 years ago. This was an absolutely awful experience. If you get food from this location, CHECK IT BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY."
"Currently still in line for a second time after they said they didn’t have my food ready. Now waiting 25 minutes for 4 chicken sandwiches. But don’t worry, they already have my money so I can’t leave."
