"I was initially promised a quicker than anticipated turnaround to recondition/repair my trumpet by an employee. Understandably, they were backed up with repairs at the beginning of the school year. Greg went above and beyond for us to ensure my son did not miss out on any more time learning how to begin to play the trumpet. If we need anything more in the future there’s no one else I would go to! They do all of the repairs in house which I can appreciate as well!"
