"Great place for lunch or early dinner in Sylvania!"

"The worst school I have ever been to. Extremely expensive, will lie to you about costs, screwed over every single student who has enrolled, and treats their own faculty poorly. The faculty (Bryan Barshall and Nina Wright specifically) both made unprofessional decisions which ultimately made me leave the school. They mentioned weird personal information as a tactic to scare me when really all they did was lose money for the school. They decline mental illness accommodations (just for my living conditions it would not have inconvenienced my academics at all) and told me “I didn’t know what social anxiety was.” My father and I experienced some disturbing phone calls from Nina Wright which she stated personal information about my life and how me living off campus would cause me to be involved with risky behavior. The school is invasive to your privacy, forces you to live in the dorms for FOUR YEARS, monitors your entire life, and mistreats students. The school has mid education for the cost you pay and zero opportunities for you unless you get into the nursing program. If you want to play a sport here, understand you will not get any amenities and pay more for your program than the univerisity does. The only compliment I can give them is some professors I had were amazing and the athletic faculty who deserve better. Also, if there is a financial issue, they will do everything in their power to grab all the money they can from you. Lastly, they will not keep track or records of your transcript or graduation track. They push for students who can graduate and screws with their process to push them to take another semester for more money. Very bad experience for a student who had a job to help the school, was involved in one of their teams, and had a 3.8 GPA the entire time I was enrolled. I never write Google reviews or let alone negative ones because I understand the severity and affect bad reviews can have but this is needed to warn students and parents to not waste their money and time at this school."

"It was here that I learned that life happens, but you can happen to life too. Twas here, that I learned that you can blame anyone, and anything or you can grow up, man up, and get it done. Twas here, that I learned we live in an eclectic world to say the least. Twas here, that I learned that you can go out and happen to life. Twas here, that I learned that you need to look beyond your upbringing and where you came from. Twas here, that I learned life's a B, grab a helmet. Hold on tight and bring roses for your friends. You know that I come from small-town USA, where the locals aren't really friendly, I come from "The Farmer City " of not Washington Coutt House but "WARshington Court House " as the locals twang it. Pictures the movie "Deliverence" in real life. So to go from the 740 to the 419 shook me to my very core. Was the school founded by nun's? Yes. Is it a Great school? Yes. I would and will recommend Lourdes University every day of the week and twice on Sundays. It's true, and this is year 29 for me. I've been blessed with longetivity to be sure, but I will always be a Greywolf. The only drawback is the economy of Toledo has taken a swan-dive to the very ROCC-BOTTOM. That's why I gave four stars out of Five. But I'm beyond excited to return."

"This university is terrible. The professors do not care about the students or if they learn any material. When students speak up they are not heard by the administrators. And the whole system does not have enough resources or money to pull in quality education!"
