"Ask yourself have you ever seen anybody smiling when they are jogging or running? No!! Because it's not fun! Although some will say it is. Why not come a tryout jazzercising? It's a fun, music is great, people are always happy and smiling it's an amazing good time what more could you ask for? Oh yes!! You get a great workout as well at your pace. The line of great Instructors are working out with us showing us the correct way to move without hurting ourselves and also telling us what we should and should not be feeling. It's a friendly environment and every arrives and leaves with a smile and sweat too!! Come and join in the fun!! Either in person. Or virtually live or when you can on your own schedule!"
