Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Went into this chipotle after not visiting for over two years now. Atmosphere was bad, definitely felt not welcomed there. The employee that made my food gave extremely small portions and when asked to put more on they said it’ll be extra. Now most time I do get double portions but even when they put “extra” on it most definitely was still a little amount. I will not be going back to this location again. Lived here my whole life and watched it crumble."

"I had anxiety watching them make my food, I honestly was sweating! I also had to throw all of my food in the trash because I lost my appetite to eat, I think most people would’ve done the same thing. Never going back there again and this place needs a serious health inspection. Because I have been coming here for over 4-5 months and it’s always the same shenanigans. Cmon man, do I really have to drive all the way to Lakewood to get chipotle? This one is about 2m away from my place! Doooo better!"

"This has honestly got to be the worst chipotle. They’re so understaffed that customers are basically forced to pay for disgusting food and horrible customer service. To have to wait so long to even get your order and then get ripped off by poor food quality is ridiculous. My rice is so hard and crunchy, my beans are hard, I paid extra for double protein and got HALF of a regular single serving and my favorite part is when they give you whatever toppings they feel like giving you based on their current stock and not even reaching out to see if you’d like to do something different or cancel. I will NEVER come here nor online order from here again. Read the reviews! This place is an absolute joke. You’ll be better off taking a trip to the Kamm’s location and having luck, over this dump. It’s like this every time I come here. But this is where I draw the line. The amount of ignorance it must take to serve people completely RAW rice………. Come on."

"I live not too far from this location and have watched it decline over time. One of the slowest locations I’ve been to and consistently fulfilling orders incorrectly or with the wrong ingredients. Getting a chicken bowl missing the chicken and barely having anything else, two-thirds of the bowl was visible right out of the bag which is a far cry from other locations that mound on the ingredients. I basically paid $8 for a side salad instead of a burrito bowl."

"They close an hour early because they can’t handle the rush. Never returning to chipotle. They are slowly going down hill. This is one of the cleaner chipotles around the city, but they’re extremely slow. There were only 6 people in the restaurant, but they moved slowly. I do not expect high-speed service, but we can all tell when things are too slow."
