"I usally come here every week but this week was not right. I had a footlong turkey sub eith provolone cheese, tomatoes, and mayo. I got food poisoning 16 hours later. The meat tasted off than it usally does."
"Went here this morning to pick up 5 subs for my family and was immediately greeted & treated with attitude by one of old lady’s that work there. When we had decided what we wanted & went to begin our order, another rude older lady rolled her eyes like she was bothered to take our order and then sarcastically exclaimed something rude to the other workers. So disappointed with the horrible customer service. After we were treated like that we decided not to order from here and just left. We ended up going to a different Subway in North Olmsted, and our experience at the different location was so much better."

"I don't know what was worse the fact I ordered 30 minutes in advance and i came 10 minutes after the due time and they didn't even start it yet or the fact that the lady working was rude or maybe I could say the fact my shoes stuck to the floor because of how dirty it was. keep in mind there were 2 customers in the store when we arrived."
