"This is the best Indian restaurant I have been to, and I am lucky enough to live (relatively) close to it. I don't often eat out unless I'm not in town, but the quality of the food here warrants at least a few visits a year. Put simply, the food slaps. A full on forehand of flavor and backhand of spice. You have the choice of mild, medium, or hot, which, depending on the nature of the dish, can mean different things. For example, a mild tandoori shrimp will be much less spicy than a mild goat biryani, which (I assume) has already been slow cooked in a spicy sauce. Whatever the case, I can unreservedly say that the flavors of all the dishes are on point. Of all the dishes I have tried, none have been lacking in sublime unity and complexity of flavor. The dine-in experience is adequate. The portions are noticably larger when dining in; a given take-out entree can feed 1-2 whereas the same ordered dine-in can feed 2-3. The dining area was spacious and the waiter was nice, but don't expect a fine-dining level of service. Most of their business these days seems to be from take out; my most recent meal there on a Thursday afternoon was in an empty dining room. All in all, this is a great place for great food. It's worth a shot if you have the chance."
