Subway

"Just walked into subway. Wanted to get a philly. Guy at the counter tells me its extra for cheese when the sub comes with extra cheese. I told him to add banana peppers and he said we dont take add-ons… i never walked out a place so fast in my life. As a former subway worker & consistent customer to subway… i know you can put add ons… You wont see me here again."

"Place an online order did curbside pick up arrive to work with my sandwich. It’s not made correctly I’m pregnant and I can’t have untoasted lunchmeat. The sandwich wasn’t toasted as requested. It was missing cheese. It had no salt and no pepper and oil no vinegar it was just cold, lunch meat with mayo And a pretty soggy bun the store, and the gentleman proceeded to argue with me that he toasted the sandwich that there’s cheese on there I’m telling him I’m looking at the sandwich. There is none of that stuff on here. He tells me to bring it back. I’m at work and then he got silent and he said nothing else so I only option was to throw away the food that I paid for which I had to because again I’m pregnant and can’t have Cold lunch meat or to be late for work and return the sandwich so I threw the food away. Upset that was the option he gave me. Won’t return"

"They are very rude, I placed an order on line and came in to restaurant. I believe it was the owner an Indian man and he told me I have to wait 15 minutes to my food and went to the back. So after he was just taking in back I said can you just cancel my order he said yes. And motioned with his hands for me to leave. I told him I would leave after my order is canceled. Why so much hate, I was giving you business. I guess he hate black people because I did nothing to him and I never been in there before. Don’t eat here please! I’m happy he showed his true colors effort he made my food."

"As you can see by all the other reviews, the workers are extremely rude and give you barely any topics especially for your choice of protein. For veggies, the guy goes to grab lettuce without even asking me. "No, I would like spinach not lettuce" I got a nasty look at that... I went a few times but it isn't worth it. You even have to wait several minutes yet there are zero customers. One time the guy talked on the phone the entire time. Didn't say hello, tell me the price or offer a receipt. If you are in the area, I HIGHLY recommend the bay village subway. The people are always so nice and they load up the sandwiches. Even if there is a line, it's faster than westlake"

"I don't usually waste my time leaving reviews but I had thee worst customer service today. I just had to. The guy was super skimpy with the condiments but I didn't give him a hard time because he seemed like he was having a bad day or something. He was being so incredibly rude and I was with my 3 year old son. He was so annoyed with me and I was doing was asking for a fountain drink. My son and I went to go sit down and he goes "dine in is closed" very rudely. He literally kicked us out. It was 2 o'clock. Not even like it was closing time and I'm not really sure why the dine in would be closed . There were several empty tables that people could sit. He just didn't want us in there."
