"Please read the reviews before you decide to use this school. Nothing but issues with the class dates and them changing them because instructors kept calling off. We showed up for one class to be asked oh you're here for class? It was cancelled, we forgot to call you. Then they ran us to get a class rescheduled. Now we have been waiting for a month to get the driving part done only to be told "You're on the list" with no time frame that we will get finished. Its been very frustrating. Update - They have been communicative and helpful and have reached out to apologize and make things right. I do appreciate their effort in making things right and moving forward with getting schedule. Jamie who reached out was very friendly and willing to help. I do have to add that it shows alot that a business does monitor their reviews and reach out to customers to discuss and make things right"

"Literally the worst experience . They took 1 whole month to say they received my payment . Then took another month to schedule me . Every staff member I talked to was very rude ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone here . The class was 8 hours very boring and not helpful whatsoever not even understanding why this class is 8 hours with people who don’t wanna TEACH a class ."

"Worst costumer experience ever! Waited 1.5 months from time we paid and signed contract to get drive time. Disorganized. Leslie from scheduling was rude and difficult. My daughter was scheduled for a Saturday, then was told day before we "accidently" doubled booked and moved it to Monday at 7am. Monday no one showed up or called. Never received an apology. Apparently our personal time and schedule is not important. I don't understand how things have changed so much in 3 years since when my son was there. Waste of time and money!"

"Second attempt trying to participate in this company’s remedial course after being turned away for “not having enough people to continue with the class”. Finally sitting in a class of 6 people, we were all strongly instructed to participate and be interactive in the class to help the day go by faster. While the class was asking the instructor to explain one of the lessons that was going to be on the exam (since we were there to fully understand and take away something from the course) a lady (was denied several times to what her name was) who had been extremely full of attitude from the start had rushed out of a side room, and tried to make the whole class leave in a screaming manner. After the whole class was confused and taken by shock - a 41 year old man spoke up, who was there after working a 12 hour overnight shift was demanded to leave. Next, after not saying a word I was then demanded to leave because I “looked like I had an attitude” meanwhile we were being screamed at and I wasn’t saying anything in the first place. I am in complete shock and extremely enraged after this being the second time trying to complete this course. As a mother of two, obviously without a license, this isn’t the easiest task to arrange. Do not waste your time on this company for they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never seen anything like this. Never in my life have I been shouted at and treated with such delusional disrespect. I will be reporting this company further for its disgusting behavior. I hope no one has to experience anything like this in the future."

"3 of our 4 kids took the teen driving course through Master Driving and even though their schedule for driving times seemed backed out by 1-2 mo, they weren't as far out as other schools. Our boys finished either by their last scheduled time or earlier. Our daughter was delayed because of school obligations. We appreciated their flexibility in working with our schedule and their professionalism."
