"After paying full price and completing the classroom portion, the driving school never scheduled our son for the driving portion, then once we reached out to them, were informed our son had "expired" as 6 months had passed (barely). Note, during this time we were working with the student and driving on the permit with him to prepare him for the driving portion that we paid for him to receive. Did they refund us anything for not providing the services we purchased? No. Instead they wanted to charge over $100 to "restart" him and require he take the classroom portion again even after confirming with me that the course hadn't changed and there was nothing different to learn, and he had already recently successfully passed the class. This company has an extremely shady contract and absolutely horrid customer service. They DO NOT work to make sure every student succeeds. Instead they stonewall the customer and play greedy money moves instead of doing what is right. If someone pays for a service, and you do not provide the service, a refund is appropriate in order to provide good customer service. Personally, I recommend looking elsewhere for driver's education. I am never giving them another dollar."

"Awful teacher made fun of me for asking questions and answering hers. Another instance she asked what kind of judgment should a driver use and I responded “proper judgement”, then she told me “no a driver should use good judgment”. Then later I showed another student the time on my watch because they asked and the teacher threw me out of the classroom when I had not said a word. But the driving instructor Doug camper was very nice and helpful I learned quite a lot from him so five stars for Doug but not master sylvaina."
