"The food is great but the employees constantly get my food wrong everytime I've gone there. Everytime I order I have to repeat myself 3-5 times. The entire time I order here I feel like I'm bothering them and causing an inconvenience by just being there. Also don't bother using the app because it doesn't work and when I try to use any code offer there I'm told they don't do that."
"For a newly opened location, this is the slowest most unorganized group of people I have dealt with in a long time. They seem like they couldn’t care less about the customer and you can definitely tell they are hourly employees, just there to pass time. I was third in line and it took me 30 minutes to get my food….so much for fast food."
"I know this location is newly opened but one would think the Popeyes franchise group would offer training and support when opening a new location. The organization was bad. Order for two 8 piece nugget meals took over a half hour to receive and that is with a fully staffed location. The issue was only 1 person doing meal prep while 3 people stood around and just took orders that came in. The location wasn't that busy that it could have been managed with just one person taking orders. The manager who was the only person getting food prepped to serve tried a few times to organize the situation but the register people only rolled their eyes and stood there and the one other person behind the counter was apparently only good enough to get drinks or dipping sauces so he stood around a lot too. Then finally when the food was ready the manner and demeanor of the staff was less than pleasant. Granted the manager, if you could call her that, was the only one serving but at least try to smile or offer the complimentary apology for the slow and poor service which was obvious. Then the flavor of the food was, ehhh, at best. Long story short poor location opening and needs much improvement. Especially if they are going tobhave signs that brag about being "Open on Sundays!""
