"After talking to the “AI” Keith Byars in the drive-thru, I asked what looked to be the manager at the window to repeat my order. She repeated everything correctly, but when she gave me the bags, items were missing. I ordered the new Hot Honey Chicken sandwich and 4 peppers and neither were in the bag. So once they realized it she gave me both the sandwich and peppers. And when I got home to eat the sandwich, it was cold and hard as a brick. Do better."

"First time I’ve been to this place , and I ordered a 3 piece meal at around 9pm last night . I also added an apple pie . When I got to the window the girl said it would be an extra 5 min for the apple pie . I said ok. She then asked if I wanted to wait for the apple pie. I said yes again, that’s fine. I waited a few min she then hands me my bad and I asked for butter and honey , so she gets the condiments and hands em to me i forgot to also ask for hot sauce , but when I tried to ask she basically slammed the window shut in my face . It was so rude I was in disbelief. Then when I get home I find out she didn’t even give me the apple pie that’s why I’m writing this review . Definitely not a good experience"
"Store doesnt run right they text my customer 15 mins early saying his order was ready. Yet i waited 20 plus mins for his food. Doordash shouldn't this store period(update there is no excuse for this is not the only time this has happened and I'm not the only driver that is dealt with this)"
