If your staff is away from their desk invest in a ring central platform that rings a cordless or cellular phone when away from their desk and make it mandatory for administrative staff to answer. Terrible administration to allow 8 of 10 call attempts to go unanswered and the two that were answered go straight to voicemail. This is a school. Answer the phones!"
