"I have always had good experiences here. Never had a rude employee or an issue with them standing behind something that malfunctioned. Bought 2 things from them that had issues and contacted the manufacturer told them how I got it and the manufacturer said thanks for buying our product we will send you the part you need for FREE....bought a Milwaukee set for 75% and it's worked perfectly for over a year now of regular use. Give these folks a chance if you are a thrift shopper and like local businesses!"
"We ran across this store by accident several years ago. Now we make a point to make it one of our stops when we visit Amish country. Some things seems a bit overpriced for a closeout store but there's many good deals too. Worth checking out. We always find some bargains!"
"Good inventory and good prices but workers can be rude and not so willing to help at times. Had to run and grab the money for an A/C unit and the worker exclaims that “no we are closed we can’t help” in a rude tone. In my line of work it’s to help the customer, sometimes you have to stay over and help out. Will not shop on days this employee is working."
