"I frequent the one in Mason, Ohio and Franklin, Ohio. I spend a lot of money at these locations. The reps know me. The customer service is excellent and the smoothies are delicious. The very nice guy at the Mason location had me download the mobile app to get deals. That was the best thing ever. I have been getting great deals from the app! I have to get me and my husband a smoothie for every work day that we work. They give me energy and keep me feeling full."
"Employees were only making one smoothie at a time to avoid using more then one blender I assume but made our wait much longer then need be. Otherwise good smoothie as always"
"The atmosphere here was amazing. Good Music, Vibrant colors, Nice set up, etc. Our food and smoothies were great. The two girls working on 7/20 were so nice and had great customer service. The man that was working on the other hand did not. He was on the phone while taking my order. He barley paid attention to me and I had to repeat my order two to three time. While he was making our smoothies, he was handling his phone. This seems very unsanitary and quite upsetting to me. After making one smoothie (we had quite a few) he left the girls and went outside to sit on the phone. It made me and my family quite upset."
"Good service, clean and friendly staff. Only giving it 4 stars because I feel it is over priced and they only offer one size smoothie. Some people don't want the huge size they offer."
