"Sucks. Horrible service. Long wait with hardly anyone in the store. Busy chatting and couldn't wait on me in a timely fashion. About 5 customers in the store. I was next in line and had to wait for the friendly conversation to end. I appreciate good service, but sometimes you have to consider the other customers. The cashier isn't part of the conversation. Another associate was with the customer and could have moved over for the rest of us. The conversation was personal and had nothing to do with buying anything."

"Love the groomers! My fur baby was nervous, but Abigail made him feel at easy. We were able to purchase him a treat or two upon leaving, but no one was around to help with questions. Sometimes maybe a sale or two can be ran to increase customers intake."

The cashiers are always in the most pleasant mood, waiting to assist you with all your pet needs. "Great cashiers. Even bagged merchandise as I requested without a frown. Pleasant and knowledgeable to answer questions. Also, on this visit I was greeted by whom I believe to be the manager while walking to cashier. I told him that the shelf was only left with a couple of the items I had just purchased. He immediately followed me to show him and with this hand ledger logged information right then on the spot. Great store for our pets and of course our people who shop for them."
