I love that this school chooses to be uncommon, yet prepares students for the common good."

"My child was failing in public schools where she was just a number. When I put her in Padre Pio she started to do much better! Also in the school the last graduating class all went to the best colleges in the state most of them if not all of them had scholarship. Schools like Case, BW, and John Carol. They do not have to teach the "Common Core" so the students can learn properly. That school is great if you want the best for your child! The faculty truly care about every student there. So in short if you want your child to go to a school to learn and excel where they are not just a number this school is for you. "We moved our daughter three weeks shy of kindergarten graduation to Padre Pio because the "common core" curriculum at her current school was not working for her style of learning. Padre Pio teaches phonics to new readers. Common Core teaches site words to new readers. Site words do not work for a child who has a speech impediment. The class room size are small (4-8 kids). The kids are able to get the attention that they need to be successful. The teachers are very accessible. The atmosphere has a positive vibe. Padre Pio has been a perfect fit for my daughter. Lastly, I have spoken to graduates of Padre Pio and they have been more than prepared for High School."

"We have sent six of our seven kids here to this school. I would recommend it to anyone with kids whether you are Catholic or not. The teachers are very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. It is a small school but big hearted. Some might think it's old-fashioned because they wear uniforms, but it is really very up-to-date, and the administration is very level-headed. It is a private Catholic school and very serious about the Catholic faith. The school also has excellent relationships with both the local Roman Catholic bishop and the Byzantine bishop (eparch)."
