"I ordered two days in advance, knowing they'd be busy today. The delivery was an hour late and they didn't even apologize. It took me half an hour to get someone on the phone and the manager just made excuses instead of trying to make things right. I asked for a refund which they will supposedly give me. I can't order from here again. How frustrating. Obviously, the pizza was cold as well."
"Friday 8/12/2023 I ordered extra sauce for my bread sticks. They charged me for it and I never got it. I tried to catch the driver but he drove off I called several times on Friday & Saturday, nobody answer the phone."

"I know they were having problems tonight with the oven, but our order was wrong in many ways. We ordered ahead, drove there and the order took over 30 min later than predicted... which is okay by itself given the fact that it was a Friday night dinner rush with oven issues. But when we finally got our food and got home (5 min drive home) all of the food was cold. The double pepperoni pizza I ordered turned out to be plain cheese (lost $ on that) AND I spent extra $ on the pan and we received hand-tossed. Also, the breadsticks that were supposed to have all the spices on top were plain??? I lost money today from what I ordered to what I received and I'm not sure if I want to go back. I mean seriously, plain breadsticks?? So disappointed."
