"Really wish I could give them zero stars here because their service is absolutely horrible. The pediatric GI department especially They give surgeries and then don’t give the patient any painkillers afterwards. My step-daughter was screaming in pain after multiple surgeries and there was ACT response (sucked btw) and they refused to give her pain medication for days until they had to force it through her J tube which she insisted on not doing. We decided to change hospitals which was super dangerous but we decided to risk it because we were like this can’t get any worse. I really cannot say enough bad things about this place. I’ll end on this note: Columbus hospital is more likely to kill your kid than save them."

"Horrible hospital. Have been forced (due to insurance) to take my son to this hospital for the past 9 years. A lot of the drs are condescending. Horrible experience with pediatric nephrology-Dr. Tarabishi. He is the MOST condescending Dr that I have ever encountered. He dances around questions and rarely actually answers the question. Their dialysis unit has (some) rude nurses. Untrained, not prepared, constantly dropping and running into things because they run around like chickens with their heads cut off. They are not flexible to family needs. Poor communication all throughout the hospital. Toledo childrens is FAR better. Would not recommend to anyone."

"My experience here several times has just been awful and anyone reading this bring your kid's elsewhere for treatment the staff very unprofessional racist rude and flat out evil Dr. Haseeb the neurologist is wonderful and Dr. O'Boyle was great the rest of the staff not so wonderful or great. This hospital needs to train it's employees on how to be professional and the only great thing I loved was the fact the hospital prays then it gets overlooked after dealing with unprofessional staff. After my daughter finishes her appointments I will definitely be looking for treatment elsewhere. I have been to hospitals all over the country and never have I experienced treatment the way I have here than from anywhere else. Please if you have a loved one who has to be seen take them somewhere else. If I could leave 0 stars I would. If I had a serious medical condition it would probably get left untreated because of dealing with this healthcare industry makes me feel like I won't get the best treatment available to me or my family. It's such a shame because the two doctor's I met where awesome Dr. Haseeb and Dr. O'Boyle they were professional nice and had our child's best interest at heart it's just the other staff in the hospital need to be replaced by people who actually want to work and know how to deal with people. I think people have lost a sense of how to be human and have compassion respect and loving....."

"Had a bit of trouble initially with scheduling and surgery appt. But overall I am pleased with the things they did to correct them so quickly. My son is happy and safe, they did an amazing job keeping us comfortable and up to date while he was in surgery, as well as fixing my son up extremely nicely. I can barely tell that he had surgery, other than the swelling."

"I had my last two there, in 2015 and 2016. My birth experience both times was awesome. Nice nurses and comfortable room. My 2nd daughter had a Chromosome defect and a few Drs were pushing to DNR but I fought for mine and the nicu did their absolute best to care for my daughter.Loving nurses and doctors."
