"Standard Chuck E Cheese experience. I feel like the arcade is a little small for days that it gets packed, but it was fine the day we were there. For the price, going to another arcade or Main Event provides more value. Cost 150 for 1 hour arcade for 4 kids with one large pizza and 4 fountain drinks. Probably won't be back just because of the price."

"It was a fun time for my one year old, but very frustrating any time we dealt with staff. Employees seemed to not want to be there and I noticed a few on their phones watching tik tok and on FaceTime while cleaning tables and collecting trash. We didn’t even get prizes at the end after waiting in line at the end for a little while because thew worker kept walking away away and taking forever. The most concerning thing was when we left an employee was by the door and we were waiting to leave but she didn’t bother looking at our hands. We just walked out and 2 other families did behind us without any problems!"

"We waited an hour for a food order & they forgot to make it. This place could use some refurbishing and polish and more fun for the kids. What happened to the electronic singing characters?! Loved the interactive pad for the little ones."

"Our family went to celebrate our sons 7th birthday. We were really expecting just to play some games and have some fun, but the staff was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make his birthday special, they has chuckie come out and find my son and wish him happy birthday and gave him a wonderful gift basket with cool trinkets (no charge). Not only that but they were so friendly and welcoming and so very sweet. The place was clean and you could tell the employees enjoyed working there and wanted the kids to have fun. Highly recommend this location to anyone for some family fun and great service!"

"Sunday I had a birthday party here for my two sons birthdays, I hadn’t been to this Chuck E. Cheese in a few years and won’t go again. The party area was super crowded I think 5 party tables is too much in the area, or maybe people brought too many people I’m not sure. The party next to ours kept sitting at our party table… like 6 or more people just joined our table we didn’t even know. Also we had no where to put gifts I wish I wouldn’t have brought them because there is definitely no room to open them. Our party host didn’t bring the kids play passes until 25 minutes into the kids party the food didn’t come out for way over a hour. People ordered food and it didn’t come out till 25 minutes before the party was over! I went to go order me and my husband a combo and was told sorry we aren’t putting in any more pizza orders tonight…. It was 5pm, they are open till 9pm. I spent 350 dollars and couldn’t get myself a pizza. Very few employees were working and all seemed like teens that couldn’t be bothered. My mother ended up going and getting her own wings from the kitchen because they never came and were just cold, every rushed to eat them because we were out of time and had to leave at this point. I felt bad for my party host honestly he kinda tried but everyone was moving very slow."
