"Went through the drive thought at about 1:30pm on Friday. Ordered 2 meals and a kids meal. We were missing a drink, au jus for French dip, two apple turnovers, a large fry, and any dipping sauces that had been ordered. It doesn’t seem like much, but today that’s about $8 worth of food. Do better"
"Awful! Took way too long for only 1 other person in line. Maybe because 2 guys smoking cigarettes both wearing headsets were outside instead of helping customers. I don't know how it takes that long to put little to no meat and cheese on 2 beef n' cheddars. At least the lady who gave me my meal in the drive thru asked if I needed any sauce but couldn't give me napkins or the receipt. Overall all I wish I could be terrible at my job and still get paid. Thanks for an awful experience Arby's. Maybe get Bo Dietel back so he can investigate why your customer service is miserable!"
