"No communication and when there is communication is misinformation went for an evaluation and was held for 8 hours they told my mom I was pink slipped and couldn’t leave come to find out I wasn’t and still was not able to leave."

"nurses in the emergency room thought it was okay to literally make fun of a mentally ill patient. why are you working in the medical field if you’re going to make fun of the mentally ill? that’s just as big of an issue as any other sickness, nothing funny about it. the nurses decided it was a good idea to mention to one another about a past experience with a patient (which did not even happen at the montpelier er) , and laugh about it. Also private information was being overheard by other patients, they weren’t caring about this patients privacy at all. i called their supervisor immediately and that patient or i will never go back to this emergency room if they think acting that way is AT ALL okay. you should not speak down on a patient, let alone LAUGH about an incident that occurred with the patient, they should NOT be talking so loudly about it that other patients overhear and ask about it. you guys are genuinely sick individuals for acting this way. and to speak to other patients about the incident literally sounds like breaking hippa laws to me. i am in shock and feel so sick to this moment about that. i genuinely wonder why they thought anything like that was okay."

"I was traveling through Ohio and in a hotel. I woke up with tremendous back pain and went to CHWC Montpelier. It turned out I was passing a kidney stone. Everyone I dealt with at CHWC Montpelier was outstanding. They were calm, friendly, attentive and accurate in their diagnosis. I live near NYC and have travelled all over the world, and I can say that I've never had finer care anywhere!"

"Garbage treatment here. Waste of time and money for you to have to go somewhere else and have the exact same tests ran anyway. Except the others guys find out whats actually the problem. They put bandaids on bullet holes here. Wife had been told by her Dr. if it got worse go to Hospital.. We go here, they say go to your physician, for your physician to say again.... Go to hospital."

"We went to CHWC tonight for my 6 yr old daughter after a minor head injury. The staff was nice and compassionate. Dr. Stalter is, as always, caring, thorough and professional. We've been treated by him in the past in the ER and he does a fantastic job. Thanks again from your excellent care."
