"Drive thru happy meals for the kids. It was fine. I don't know why they tell me to pull away from the drive thru and then bring me my food 10 seconds later. Just wait 10 seconds and then give it to me..."
"I don’t know how this place stays open. The last 12 visits, they have made my food wrong or forgotten something. They pull forward 3 cars at a time and then they make the order wrong so you have to go back around or inside. Or if you don’t check your food you get home and it’s wrong. Today I went through twice, bc the 1st time was wrong, 2nd time was wrong, and I went in to tell them exactly what I wanted, a McDouble with onions. Got home and the middle of the patties had a handful of onions. The customer service is 0/10 here."
"This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. I ordered food, waited 20 min for them to deliver curbside. Had to go through drive-thru to eventually get it and then they didn't give me half the food. When I got back home I called the Manager, she wouldn't refund my money and one of their employees hung up on me. I have literally given them three tries and every time they seem to get worse. the owner needs to fire everyone inb charge at that store and rehire people that actually care how the company they work for looks."
