"First,I went to the wrong building looking for the emergency department, went to the west entrance the opposite side of emergency....anyways went inside (west entrance) was there for about 20 NOBODY insight...anybody could of walk in and did whatever...no SAFTEY procedures...I waited another 5 minutes, I called my husband let him there's nobody here...luckily a guy was walking up,he asked is this the emergency department, he said no on the other side...as I got up I seen a mice...yes a mice run under the counter...I left out so quickly...told my husband,the saddest part Metro is my new Insurance...I'll be looking elsewhere!!!"
