"**DO NOT GO HERE** Worst experience, horrible service, and disgusting pizza! My husband ordered a Steak and Cheese Hoagie and got home to find that the hoagie only had mushrooms on it! Umm where is the steak???? Spoke to INDIGO on the phone who basically called us a LIAR because she knew exactly what she heard. Stating that we didn't ask for steak on our steak hoagie. Still confused on this one! We ordered a steak hoagie! Then.....our other order was ONE pizza with half bacon and half pepperoni and somehow we got charged for TWO pizzas because INDIGO insisted that she heard - One with 1/2 pep and 1/2 bacon and another with just pepperoni. We only wanted ONE pizza!! but again INDIGO insisted that we ordered TWO. (She probably knew we only had two adults and one child to feed!) So, we drive home to find the pizza unedible because it was sopped in grease and the crust was so mushy from all the excessive oils that was being soaked up. After discovering all this, we called immediately. I was told I could get a $10 credit or come back and have her remake my order. At this time, i dont want the $10 credit, I didn't want her to try again to remake my food, i just wanted to return my order and get a complete refund minus the 1 hoagie which was able to be ate. I cant see paying $40 for food that's going into the trash and still be hungry! She sure was good at causing unnecessary stress and arguing when she should be focused on listening better and learn how to make food! At this time I don't want the credit, I don't want the nasty food, I want a refund after INDIGOs horrible service! UPDATE: Reached out to owner via Facebook messager and Marcos site and still have not heard back from them. I still have the pizzas that need refunded!!!!!!!!!"

"Ordered a half and half pizza for the kids to share. Picture of it attached. I mentioned it to the delivery driver and he stood on my porch giggling. I called the restaurant and the 15 year old sounding “manager” was rude. Told me repeatedly they did it perfectly but the oven “shrunk” one side of the pizza. I offered to send him a picture but he refused. I wasn’t even mad until that phone call, but this kid just didn’t care and acted like I was a jerk for calling. Just moved into the area. We will NOT be back."

"Called in a pick up order and the order taker “Indigo” initially tried to charge me full price for two sale items, until I specified that they are on sale. When I returned home, she did not honor the sale for boneless wings. Instead of just giving me the additional 4 wings as I ordered, she became combative and refused to give me information to speak with a district manager or the owner. She was completely uninterested in finding a resolution and just wanted to nickel and dime me. I even offered to return the wings (completely uneaten) and she stated she would not issue a refund. I have been a repeat customer for YEARS and this Marcos has lost my business over 4 boneless wings and a trashy attitude from their manager. Service here is laughable. Edit: Unfortunately, the owner seems to share the same lack of concern for their customers. I reached out twice as requested to zero response, as well as left two messages at the corporate line."

"I purchased 2 large pizzas, I got it less i than 10 minutes. I was on my way home and I got brake checked, and the pizza slid off my seat and fell, but Aaron, Worker, was very understanding and is currently in the process of giving me a new one free of charge. Great service! Thanks for understanding Aaron!"
