"Food and ingredients are great. I simply do t like the intimidating people who manage the counters. One can call them outright curt. If I’m paying $13 for a regular salad, I should be made to feel as if I’m asking too much from them. Been here ~5 times and have got the same experience always. Bad. I don’t wish to visit this place again. Will miss the food."

"The food a Piada is amazing, it’s one of my favorite lunches. The Carbonara is my favorite dish. Their choice of drinks however is very bad. I wish they had better choice in teas and sodas. It’s pretty loud inside the restaurant when it’s full and I am not a fan of the tables and chairs. Definitely worth a try!"

"We went there for the first time for lunch. The atmosphere was nice and casual, the place was clean and well-lit. We ordered two pastas (basil pesto with Italian sausage, diavolo with grilled chicken) and a wrap (chef's favorite with meatballs). We also tried the crispy calamari as a side dish. I like the pesto the best. The chicken was pretty good, too. Seasoning of the other dishes were a bit too heavy to my taste. I don't think I'd recommend the calamari. Food was very affordable especially since there was no tipping required. We had the small bowl for pastas and they were of decent portions."

"This was my first time with a friend who know good local food. It Was a great experience. Wish we would've know about their bread options. Didn't find out about the bread till we we're done. My friend and I got the Power Bowl and they were so delicious. We definitely will be going back there."

"I've promoted what I am about to say countless times to whomever will listen.... BYE CHIPOTLE!!! Piada is just on another level, ok. They are consistent ans set themselves apart just like Currito, Chick-fil-A, Five Guys, Panera, etc. The quality and freshness of the food is unmatched. The prices do not hinder me from getting adequate and sufficient meals from these places. If you're scared, go to McNasties or Burger Prince. Hell...if piada campaigned more, I'm certain more places would be lost in the sauce (and not in a good way). Today, I grabbed me some lunch on the way in to work. The Chef's Special Wrap + a Grilled Salmon Power Bowl. Mm!! Yes lawd!! Won't he do it!? Lol. It was so delicious. One of a kind wraps. Thin and light and flavorful. The staff have always been tip top. And that's for both the Kenwood and Mason locations in Cincinnati, OH. I am very pleased!"
