"Went there this weekend and not only was the service terrible, the glasses were dirty and chipped, the French fries were soggy and cold and the place was just generally dirty. Never coming back."

"MUCH MUCH improved from the last time I was there. The place was cleaner by far… including the restrooms! Much better experience all around. Food was unbelievable!!! It was to our table FAST!! It was there in literally seconds after our order was put in to the kitchen. So fast in fact when it came out, I honestly thought we were being served someone else’s meals! But it was NOT ONLY ours… it was fresh, hot and EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT!!! I’m telling you… if you have been there before and have been disappointed or even angry at the food, service or whatever… give them another chance. This was the Red Robin that used to be there. The fries were hot and crisp! EVERY BASKET OF FRIES. PERFECT! The icing on the cake was our server, Yvonne. Yvonne was FANTASTIC! Couldn’t have been nicer. On a scale of 1 to 100… honestly, 95. And the one problem: they needed to throw down some more salt outside on the snow and ice covered walk ways. Other than that. Near perfect. Great job Red Robin! We had all but decided we were never coming back. But we’ll be back. Please keep up the good work."

"This Red Robin normally serves good food at a reasonable wait time. The only thing that this specific location could do better on is keeping a full staff. I feel like there are only ever like 2 servers on rotation and they are constantly running from table to table. That isn't to say that their service isn't good, I think they do a phenomenal job under that kind of pressure."

"Slow and careless service! With that said, expect the type of service you get from Wendy's. They could care less whether you're there or not they do not appreciate your patronage . As you can see by the photos, this place is a ghost town during peak dining hours . Don't waste your money, time or effort because you will be sorely disappointed as I was. Even the management couldn't care less whether you were happy with the service or not. I will never return to this place and I do not recommend this place."
