"In general, I enjoy Marco's pizza but last week I ordered a couple of pizzas and received the wrong thing. I called and spent so long on hold that I called back to try my luck and was put on hold again. Ages later I get ahold of a rude employee who claims to be a district manager, talks over me in a hurry to get off the phone but promises a credit of $20 and hangs up on me before i could get his name. Today I go to use the credit he promised and they can't find the promised credit just a paltry discount that is barely equivalent to a standard coupon. I guess they would like to get corporate involved."

"Went to get a pizza here and in the time it took me to walk in and get a pizza my car battery died. Friends didn't pick up the phone and so one of the Marcos employees was more than happy to help me out. The nicest guy. Really saved me in a pinch. Plus the pizza was still good after it sat in my car for two hours as I got my battery replaced. 10/10."

"If I could give zero starts I would Literally ordered a small child size pizza with white sauce bell pepper chicken and tomato and with my total for delivery was 20.08 Not counting tip I give The only person I would give five stars to is the delivery driver was very nice But the food for that price is ridiculous Wish I had taken a picture Will never get my money again"

"This place is horrible I walked in the employee was on the phone counting money she then took my order she started making my pizza with her bare hands never bothered to wash them first she was scratching her head and wiping her nose as she was trying to make my pizza. I called her over to me and asked for my money back and I left and went home I couldn't believe my eyes she said they don't wear gloves I said I can't eat from here. Pls be careful COVID is on the rise alone with other viruses"

"I love the build your own pizza option. The thin crust is great and it feels much healthier eating pizza! Chicken and pineapple topping combination is so good. I think the $6.99 medium pizza deal is great for the quality of their pizza! It was ready very quickly as well."
