"Bad service. Asked for a Ham egg & cheese breakfast sandwich and it came on a cinnamon crunch bagel??? Not what I ordered."

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I have ordered from here 2 times and they mess up 2 bowls of soup both times. My order last night, was NOT EVEN HALF FULL. They both had maybe 2 spoonfuls in them and very VERY COLD. The last time they gave me 2 cups and charged me 2 bowls. Told I would get a refund, and never did. Do not order from this store. Absolutely ridiculous you spend $20 on 2 bowls of soup and get only 1/8 of what you paid for."

"I picked up bagels today, as I do one day every week, and the cash register wouldn't take my gift cards. The cashier was new, so I don't know if it was "the system" or her. The staff appears to be new, as I don't see but a couple of familiar faces. Panera needs to make more effort to hold onto friendly, efficient employees; the staff turnover is very difficult for their customers."

"Very Nice Panera location. The workers are nice and the selection is pretty big. My only complaint is how expensive everything is. You cannot get lunch for a reasonable price if you want both a soup and sandwich. I always end up spending near $20 on lunch, but it is quick at least. The atmosphere here is cute as well and is usually pretty clean"

"I came in for a bagel and coffee. Total $6.18. I gave the cashier a $20 bill. She opened the drawer and looked up to say “I need to get my manager. I don’t have enough singles”. I told her I would look to see if I had $7.00 instead. She told me she couldn’t change the sale as it would mess up the drawer, and with that she closed to drawer to go retrieve her manager. She returned looking upset and said “my manager is very busy. It will be awhile”. Over the course of the next 5 minutes, two other employees came and told her “just use quarters”…..however she couldn’t reopen the drawer. By this time she was visibly upset, frustrated and very apologetic. I became frustrated when she said “I don’t know if I’ll be able to get you change”. I told them (all 3 employees standing at the counter) I was not going to just donate the additional $13 dollars. It gets better. There were several people waiting in line so she took the next person at the encouragement of the other employees. He ordered 2 cups of coffee and paid with….a $20 bill. Ironically, the cashier was able to give him change, using the necessary singles, then she gave me my change, using the necessary singles. No manager ever came to give her additional singles or to assist. How did the singles suddenly appear? I don’t understand. Is this the customer service that Panera now provides and the consumer should accept? Panera just lost a customer."
