"The food was cold. Tried to get the server attention to send back. Just asked for a to go plate to warm up at home. So when I reached the cashier, she asked how was everything out of protocol. When I responded cold, she didn’t respond but told me how much my bill was. Wow the manager chime in and said that should not happen. Wow really! Not concern with how I really felt. Just a little disappointed in the response. Wasn’t looking for anything but maybe a I’m sorry that happened?"
"Had a great experience last night! Food was great! Whoever was cooking last night deserves a shout out! Jordan, our server, did a great job. Attentive and super nice! I really liked being served on the blue and white plates instead of the normal white plates and those little bowls. Made me feel like I was at Grandma's house."
