"They'll never get your order right. When you say "Only bacon" apparently that means everything except bacon. This has happened multiple times to me. Maybe you should put people in the drive-thru that can listen and perform their job better."
"I stopped through this morning and ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissants and two ham egg and cheese. The woman who took my order tried charging me four dollars and change per sandwich when they are two for five, upon me mentioning that to her she sighed loudly into the microphone and changed the price. When I got to the window to pay I asked to add a coffee to my order and was met with the poorest attitude I've ever seen. I would never go back to this place while sourpuss is on duty her miserable attitude almost ruined my morning. Had the woman had a name tag on I would have kindly directed this at her specifically, but since she didn't the whole place will have to accept the responsibility of her unprofessional attitude and candor."
