Domino's Pizza

"APPLICANTS BEWARE!!! Less about the food and more about getting a job: Did the interview, did well. All they needed was to run my license and record, which was clean. Said they'd call back in a week and "if you don't hear anything, call us back". Also stated they were short-staffed and overworked. Here's the thing: As a person who has run kitchens, you don't put the responsibility of you calling back an applicant on the applicant. This is a Texas Two-step; I do my part and management does theirs. So I didn't call them back when they never followed up and they remain short-staffed and overworked. If you want people, put the work in. It's your own fault you don't have employees if you don't take the simple step of calling back qualified applicants. I managed to get a much higher paying job elsewhere. Why? They called me back. If you need people as badly as you say you do, act like it."

"I had a driver pass me with incoming traffic inbound, roughly five vehicles and cut me off. Granted, I had just pulled onto the road, that garners zero reason for them to be so reckless. I called the store and after all the obligatory phone prompts and got connected to someone I was immediately placed on hold. After waiting 8mins, I realized that this store was not interested in what I had to say. So after reading the reviews here, I can only imagine how they handle actual orders. On the bright side, this will not be affected by what I say. I do however, hope this reaches the owner-operators ears somehow."

"Everything was made quickly and to order but I found multiple flies in my pizzas."

"If I could give 0 stars for service I would. We order a pizza and a hoagie for dinner. At 6:20pm Said it would be done in 28 minutes. Tracker indicated it was in the oven and preparing to be completed. Wife was at the pick up window for 25 minutes this is after the tracker said our order was completed. She said three employees looked at her in the window and ignored that she was present and waiting to be waited on. Needless to say our pizza was colds after an hour and the hoagie was a brick. Blanchester Ohio Dominos needs some management that will take responsibility for the store’s poor performance. I feel sorry for the delivery customer I am lucky enough to live 5 minutes from the store. And still had to wait over an hour for a carry out order. I thought McDonalds drive thru was the worst in town but this is probably a tie between the two. I would be a shamed to call this my business, not sure if this is company owed or franchising. You’re providing a service and food to customers, your approach and presentation should dictate your willingness to help customers regardless of limitations and challenges of the night. We all understand the job and the work ethic isn’t the same for everyone but your being paid to create an awesome atmosphere for your workers company and customers."

"Sat at the drive thru window for 8 minutes with no response from a single employee. The GM is standing around while the other employees whisper in each others ears and giggle, all the while no customers are being served. Then they only give us half of our order! We wait another two minutes before I have to call inside to receive the other half. Absolutely ridiculous this place has gone so downhill. Used to love my local dominos now would rather get Chubbys!!"
