"This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The "staff" is a bunch of kids and a few adults. who have no social skills. They get our order wrong more often than they get it right. We order coffee, which should be hot coffee, but get iced coffee. It does nothing to say anything or complain to the owner, as they don't respond other than to say "Sorry". They only fill their fries halfway and the buns are sometimes stale. I was extremely shorted on change, which I'm sure the kid pocketed, so now I only use a card. We've been having better experiences at the Subway across the street."
"Other than the extra pickles that I ask for the was the worst cheeseburger I’ve had at any McDonald’s it was so dry that I threw it away. Also ordered a 10 piece nugget and ask for them to be dropped fresh which they were not. Do better McDonald’s this is unacceptable!"
"A very ‘happy’ place for the employees, I guess. It was very slow with no one in the dining room when we arrived. We looked around before we ordered and we’re disgusted with what we saw. Dirty tables, food on the floor, and employees laughing and giggling it was a party. There were a few workers managing the drive through but the rest we’re having a good time! We decided not to eat here and just get a couple of drinks. My wife’s hot chocolate was good, however; my coffee was like warm, strong smelling and bitter tasting. Guess it had been sitting around for a while. We took our drinks to go so we could not return the coffee. We just kept driving home and next time we are back in Waynesville, we will not stop at this “Happy” place!!! We are also sending this info directly to the manager who proudly displayed his info on the inside door. Disgusting place in this day and age of worldly diseases we are in!!!"
