"Disappointing experience with the chicken wings in pop eyes Louisiana kitchen. The portion size was surprisingly small, and the flavor was underwhelming I was expecting more depth and richness in the sauce, but It fell flat. Overall, not worth the price. Service was so poor. I never recommend"

"Been to this location many times on my trips to Kings Island and every visit I get great service and the best chicken of any Popeyes I been to,and this past Saturday I was really hungry and the manager let me get in the drive thru because the lobby was already closed,Thank you for staying open long enough for me to get in the drive thru line.Thats above and beyond that deserves recognition"

"Kassi is amazing!!! She was so patient with me trying to figure out what to eat. I haven't had Popeyes in some years and she recommended the bacon and cheese sandwich. It was sooo good and the Mac n cheese was perfect. Just the right amount of cheese and didn't need to add any pepper."

"Spicy chicken strips were dry like beef jerkey . Breading was so hard you could not bite through it. They had to be sitting out for hours under a heat lamp. Wait was 35 minutes from the time pulled up to drive through to time when got food, but I'm not holding the slow service against them as most places are short staffed but there's no reason to serve hours old food. If it's old tell the customer it's out and not sell them old food. Only reason for 2 stars was the biscuits we're good."
