"Great place to get a bite to eat. Server was very professional and attentive. I ordered the 6 Oz sirloin and BBQ chicken combo with the fresh veggies and a house salad for $25."
"Glorious food, every single thing down to the last minute detail was absolutely the pinnacle of perfectionism. Savoring the taste of my insanely stunningly beautiful food was not the only thing I was joyous about. The customer service was out of this world, maybe on mars? No. It was completely professional and the employees were extremely kind towards me and my family. I will be going here for the rest of my life, Texas Roadhouse and it’s team doesn’t just set an example of what every restaurant should be like, it’s how every person should be like. "I ordered the chicken and sirloin and it was absolutely amazing. The chicken was so tender and the bbq sauce was tangy and delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection. Our server, whose name escapes me, was on point. She saw drinks needed refilled and had a new cup in front of me. The appetizers were delicious. I had a fantastic time with my family."
"We received the worse service we ever experienced at a Texas Roadhouse. Too bad it had to be during our visit to Mason. We used the call ahead seating and when we arrived we were told it would only be 30-minutes. Instead, we waited over 90-minutes for our table. Then when we finally got waited on, it was another 20-minutes to get our salads. When we requested additional rolls, they were out and we had to wait again. Drinks also took awhile. The food was good but by the time we were done it was well over two hours overshadowing the good food we received. I was also surprised that we never saw a manager come by to check on us - this typically happens at the other Texas Roadhouse restaurants we experienced."
