In recent years, I had been convinced all Waffle House locations were going downhill, however this location in South Lebanon really stood out to me as the food was fresh and cooked perfectly, all of the staff were extremely polite and the service was super quick. 6/5 stars if I could… Lucca and Liam specifically stuck out"
"I normally like Waffle House but today I had a different experience. They were not very busy but it looked like they had a lot of take out orders. I waited for almost 7 minutes before anyone even said hello. Once my order was taken they had to wait before they could call my order to the cook. Eggs, biscuits and gravy were good. I had to remind them I ordered bacon. The grits must have been the bottom of the pan, they were very, very thick. No one ever offered to refill my drink. Worst part, as I was about to leave I watched one of the line cooks grab a napkin, blow her nose and go back to cooking, she had gloves on but did not change the gloves. It just so happened there was an operations manager there and I did let her know. Might have to take a break from Waffle House for a while after today."
