"Whether at a concert, fair, local event, or at their brick and mortar location inside Grainworks Brewing, Kim and her team of rockstars puts out fantastic showcase of the amazing combinations you can make with some noodles, cheese, and extra special care and attention. When cooking in large quantities, often you need to sacrifice things like texture, uniformity in flavors, and quality of ingredients, but that is not the case when it comes to the creations flying out of the window of their trucks. At 4 different events on four different weekends you will find exactly the same dish served to you in flavor profile, palette feel, and portion size (which is VERY GENEROUS). But the food is not the only enjoyable part of the MBM experience, you will not find a stressed out, frantic, annoyed, our disingenuous attitude inside a ManaBear’s truck. The family of Noodle Ninjas that Kim has assembled makes you feel appreciated, helps you pick the dish that is right for you, and honestly yearns for feedback in order to continue to be one of the top requested and highly followed food trucks in our area. The TL:DR is this… Fantastic Food, Fantastic People, 5 stars, Will Eat Again… and again… and again… and again…"

"LarderRoom...Wing Wednesday! A story about Mama Bear's Orange Spice Sauce! I went to visit the family for a few beers & Wings at Grainworks/Mama Bear's Mac. I brought a bag of Orange Spice Jalapeños from my garden for my brother. Mama Bear visited our table and questions the bright red Jalapeños. She was excited about the peppers and asked if she could use them for a sauce. So off to the kitchen she went, 10 minites later she returned with the perfect Orange Spice Hot Sauce (orange spice peppers, garlic, adobo, etc). It was hot. It was delicious. I was blown away with her kindness and skill. We will be back! Thanks Mama Bear!"

"We tried MamaBear’s Mac while at Grainworks Brewery the other day and it was great! We got their Nachos and their Mac Flight. Personally, I loved the nachos! They weren’t your typical nachos with tortilla chips though. They were pulled pork and bbq over Saratoga chips instead. I love Saratoga chips so this was right up my alley! The Mac flight was also really great! My two favorite of the four was the sweet bbq and the loaded! I could sit down and eat a whole bowl of both of those! Overall, everything was great! I’d definitely recommend stopping at Grainworks for a beer and trying the food at MamaBears!"
