"Person at drive through did not know how to split payment. Fair…may not have had to do it before. Manager was not helpful. Had to ask for my 2-liter after he closed the window and wondered why I was sitting there. . Tried to look at everything before we left and had to confirm they combined garlic bread in one box. Got back to eat and they did not provide sour cream and extra pizza sauce that we paid for. Very poor customer service."
"Between 15 minutes at the front counter without anyone walking up to ask if I was picking up to another 10 minutes at the drive through window before anyone coming to the window to pull the order, I finally received my half warm pizzas 35 minutes after their pickup time. Judging by the reactions of several other people doing pickups and getting a passive "ok" response when commenting about the neglected wait, this was either the c-squad or an "I don't care attitude." I regret leaving a tip when putting in the order, it was not deserved and I'll have pause on including tips in the future."
"This is how my pizza was delivered. This is the second time i have had issues from this location."
"I received a pizza that literally had a slice from a different and smaller sized pizza! It's like someone wanted a slice of it and instead of making a new pizza, they took a piece out of a smaller pizza and tried to make it look like it fit(clearly didn't please see pics). I called the location immediately and they told me to contact the delivery service as it wasnt their problem. The entire order was burnt as well and some parts not edible. Will not be ordering Donatos again."
