LaRosa's Pizza Lakota - West Chester

"Pretty good as usual. Only 4-stars due to: 1. Did not get seated right away. Place did not seem busy and appeared some of the workers pretended not to see us. 2. One of our pizzas was not made to our request. We did not complain. We were hungry. Just picked off the items we wanted left off in the first place. 3. We received 5 mozzarella cheese sticks. The last 2 different LaRosa’s we were at served 6 as the standard ? 3. It was too cool inside for the weather outside. Could have had the heat on. Food cooled down quickly. 4. Whatever happened to the after meal mints?"

"Dropped in for lunch after Google maps led us astray and we really lucked out. Ashley was superb despite being very busy AND training a new employee. "Small" spaghetti on lunch menu is a normal dinner serving for us. Meatball was tender and flavorful. Garlic Texas toast really set the meal off well. If you're in the area, take a break--especially if it's lunch and ask for Ashley."

"We came in with friends and we had a great young man from UC & told us he was leaving. He checked to be sure all was OK? After he left things went south, our order came & one was to get bread sticks didn't get. The person taking over just played Bill for our friends & ours down we looked for our UC guy that came over to be sure he got our tip before he left. My hoagie steak wasn't good at all, I had all bun I've never had this before I get this all time. It was the worst and my husband got pizza he said it wasn't good like always. My friend she got spaghetti and it has so much sauce on it it was an edible but she tried and will take it home and wash it off.. As soon as our guy left no one cared about us other than the girl putting Bill down for us - the other couple. Our salads were terrible bug"

"Our visit was quick and the food was great. I'm comparing this location to several others around the region and was pleasantly surprised. Several of the locations in northern Kentucky failed to meet expectations. This was the classic, quality LaRosa's I was looking for. I do wish they would bring back the larger menu, and no location is ever going to be as good as the zoo or kings island locations, but I'd totally eat here again."

"Fourth time I have purchased boneless wings from this location with small pieces of metal in the chicken. They pierce the metal wrapping and inject small pieces of metal into the chicken likely to check the temperature for safety. I have asked to have this noted in my account not to do this multiple times to their call center. I have texted images to their manager at the location personal cell phone. Completely unacceptable. Ive never been compensated for any of these issues Ive brought to their attention. I know I’m not the only one this happens to. If you like metal in your chicken this is the five star place for you!"
