Little Caesars Pizza

"Food is always pretty good. You can't beat the price, but this particular location has staffing issues and it usually takes a pretty long time to get your food. They work hard and are doing their best."

"The person answering the phone was so rude. I ordered 2 pepperoni Italian cheese breads but when I got there the girl working the register comes around the corner with her stomach hanging out of the bottom of her shirt with a hair bonnet on her head and she had the same nasty attitude as the phone call. I tell her my name and she said "what" I said my name again for the order she couldn't find it because they made the wrong item then she tells the guy to just cut it up and give it to me when it was 2 small deep dish pizzas that looked nothing like Italian cheese bread. She wanted to argue with me instead of just apologizing for them making the wrong thing. She threw it away with an attitude and said it will be 10 or 15 more minutes. I said I don't want it and walked out. The people working in this location look dirty and unkept and definitely need to adjust their attitudes."

"Saturday Hours on the App & listed on Google states this location is open until 11:00pm. At 7:50pm, I placed my order and paid for a $35 order for pick-up on the Little Ceasars App. I had to pick-up my daughter from work @ 8:30pm, so I submitted for a 8:45pm pick-up. I pulled in @ 8:43pm. The young worker/manager turned off all the lights, locked the door, and walked away when I was walking up to the front door. She saw me but did not acknowledge my presence. I knocked on the door, which she turned around, opened the door, gave me an attitude saying "You gonna have to call to get a refund, cuz we closed", and then shut & locked the door. She didn't even give me a chance to say anything. The thing that really irritates me, the workers split up the 6 or 7 pizzas that were sitting on the counter and took them home. So, I have to call to get the $35 refunded, which could take up to 2 weeks to get back into my bank account. And, most likely, there will be no consequences for the disrespect and rude Customer Service that I received."

"Girlfriend ordered a pizza online for me to pickup on the way over. Supposed to be ready just shy of 9pm on a Friday. Get there and the place is closed, no sign or anything. Just lights off and doors locked. Website shows they're open until 11pm."

"Bad customer service. Pizzas were burnt. The people working there seem like they have zero interest if the place stays in business. Should have been a warning to me, saw two people walk out upset when I arrived. Also, it was very dirty. First and last time I’ll ever go here. Avoid it at all costs."
